InCurb Your Enthusiasm ’s season 12 premiere , Larry is hold in Atlanta for bringing a nursing bottle of pee to Auntie Rae at the polling station , unwittingly violating a late passed Georgia law that disallow the great unwashed from giving solid food or water system to voters . At the end of sequence 2 , Larry pleads not guilty , setting up an extensive legal struggle for the balance of the season . This whole plot line seems to be paving the means for a do - over of theSeinfeldfinale , and it might work better inCurb .

Curb Your Enthusiasm Season 12 Is Setting Up Larry For The Same Fate As The Seinfeld Characters

In the final sequence ofSeinfeld – season 9 , episode 23/24 , “ The Finale ” – Jerry , George , Elaine , and Kramer are arrested in a pocket-sized Ithiel Town in Massachusetts for breaking a local Good Samaritan natural law . They ’re put on trial with Jackie Chiles as their lawyer , and everyone the group has wronged over the course of the serial publication , from the Bubble Boy to the Soup Nazi , appears as a character witness to condemn them under curse word . This head to all four characters being sent to prison in the final scenery .
